Charbel Moarbes is the managing partner of Moarbes LLP, a Law firm with offices in Beirut, Paris, and Washington, D.C. A member of the New York, Paris and Beirut Bars, Charbel represents clients in international arbitration and litigation proceedings, as well as complex corporate disputes. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Mason Fellow); an LLM from the George Washington University Law School (Washington, D.C.), and a JD from Université Saint Joseph (Beirut Lebanon).
